The Early Warning for All (EW4All) Roadmap 2024-2027

The Early Warning for All (EW4All) Roadmap 2024-2027 for the Lao People’s Democratic Republic is a strategic initiative led by the Ministry of Natural Resources and Environment (MoNRE), with coordination and technical support from the United Nations in Lao PDR. This roadmap presents a comprehensive plan to strengthen inclusive, people-centered, end-to-end, and multi-hazard early warning systems by 2027. Its aim is to protect the most vulnerable communities by integrating risk knowledge, forecasting and monitoring, communication and dissemination, and preparedness and response capabilities within a cohesive framework.
