INTER-AGENCY CONTINGENCY PLAN

The Inter-Agency Contingency Plan (IACP) for Lao PDR in 2024 supports the government in leading an efficient, coordinated disaster preparedness and response. It outlines clear roles for all members of the Inter-Agency Standing Committee (IASC), including cluster leads, co-leads, and members, while recognizing the government’s primary role on disaster management. The IACP complements the national preparedness and response efforts of the Government of Lao PDR.
