EARLY WARNINGS FOR ALL (EW4All) TOOLKIT, LAO PDR

Lao PDR has adopted a customized global toolkit to roll out the Early Warnings for All (EW4All) Initiative to develop an EW4All roadmap for 2024–2027. 

The EW4All initiative roll out tools included a literature review, primary data collection, analysis, and validation, emphasizing institutional engagement, multi-hazard, people-centered, end-to-end early warning systems, and inclusivity, including gender, disability, and youth.
