2013 IACP supports the Lao Government to lead and ensure an effective, timely and coordinated response to mitigate the risk and reduce the impact of natural disasters on communities of Lao PDR, through a clear response coordination mechanism and strategy, and clearly defined roles and responsibilities of all the Lao Inter-Agency Standing Committee members.
