Interpreter Consultant

The International Labour Organization (ILO) is looking for an individual consultant or company to who can provide interpretation from Lao to Chinese and vice-versa. The person(s) must have the following skills: 

Excellent speaking and communication skills in Lao and Chinese
At least 2 years of interpretation experience
Ability to interpret terms and concepts related to labour issues and social security
