Data Entry Support for COVID-19 Vaccination

(APW , for an initial period of 6 months)

     Purpose of the Post

     The purpose of this consultancy is to manage COVID-19 pre-registration system and support Central  hospitals in recording and reporting COVID-19 vaccination data in a timely and accurate manner.

Description of Duties:      

The contracted company should provide 10 personnel who could provide data entry support to 5 mass vaccination sites. They should review pre-registration lists against those who arrive on site, register those who haven’t pre-registered, complete DHIS2 records for each vaccine and complete aggregate reporting at the end of each day.

Education:

Knowledge & skills:

·         Skilled in the use of standard computer applications such as MS Office

·         Good communication skills

Experience:

Experience in data entry.

Language: 

·         Proficiency in Lao

·         English proficiency of the team leader would be an added advantage
