Agreement Performance of Work (APW)

The Office of the World Health Organization in the Lao PDR has a vacancy for the position of:

Agreement Performance of Work (APW)

Produce a series of 15 dubbed video training materials, primarily aimed at Lao health workers on safe and quality provision of obstetric care (17 days of working from 1st October 2021 to 31 December 2021)

 Objectives of the programme:

To support MOH in dubbing a series of video training materials, primarily aimed at Lao health workers, on Safe and quality provision of obstetric care

Description of the duties:

• Studio sound recording

• Dubbing of videos
• Video editing, titles in Lao language
• Continuous communication and reflection of feedback from WHO team

Specifically:

• Offers are accepted only from companies.
• Companies / Agencies have to submit project proposal with a budget proposed and reference to the similar work done before. Composition of team shall be also indicated, and CV of the Team Leader shall be shared.  

Knowledge and Skills:

Education:

• Degree of Bachelor in filming or related fields 

Experience:

Essential:

• The contractor must show a minimum of 3 years’ experience in delivering the type of services covered by this contract. A minimum of 1 year of this experience should be delivering these services in Lao PDR
• Editing and dubbing of short films / video clips, including adding sub-titles in Lao

Language: 

• The contractor must have proficiency in spoken and written English and Lao languages
