United Nations Development Assistance Framework (2012-2016): Evaluation Report

The Report assesses the UN Country Team support to Lao PDR from three main perspectives: relevance to national priorities, effectiveness in achieving targeted outputs, and sustainability in building long-term capacity. It also evaluates the UN response to gender mainstreaming requirements for the promotion of gender equality and the empowerment of women in Laos.
